• Work as a Project engineer to complete all
civil, mechanical, electrical Installation,
fabrication of PU-Chemical Plant.
• Installation, Fabrication, and commissioning of
2.5MKcal/hr. Biomass Thermal Oil Heater.
• Installation, Fabrication, and commissioning 8m3/hr. RO Plant
• Installation and com mis signing of 650 KW Solar System.
• Completion of new LT panels, electric cable
tray and power distribution work at New Unit.
• Installation and commissioning of chiller plant
for PVC and EVA Machines
• Shifting of EVA Machines Motors to servo,
resulted in a saving of 25% in Energy.

Working as a “Maintenance Engineer”reporting to
GM Mechanical at Asia’s 4th and world’s 9th most
advances MDF and HDF Plant.
Main working areas:
• To produce and execute Preventive
maintenance plan for Chips cutter, ID fans,
CPS, Pressurize refining (grinding) system,
Automatic board handling, Gears Motors,
Pumps, etc.
• Operation and maintenance of RO Plant,
thermal oil heater, Compressors,
• Site Execution of Mechanical works l like
Fabrication & Erection of Piping, DuctingSteel
Structural, Storage Tanks, and Pressure

Supervise and Assist in operation and
maintenance of Utilities Services at the site including
steam systems, water systems, compressed air
system and air conditioning system.
• Provide support in site Major projects.
• Ensure that all engineering-related systems
are maintained within their validated
parameters to achieve consistent quality and
reliability.
• Managing and maintaining records of all the
HVAC-related documents.
• Responsible for managing and assuring
satisfactory performance of all the utilities
including lifts, generators, R.O. plants, etc.

Efficiency of textile sector to identify best
practices and gaps in production process inorder
to improve productivity and quality ofproduct.
