I am Chemical Engineer at – Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd Pakistan (ISO 14001 and OHSAAS 18001 ). It is largest Chlor Alkali unit in Pakistan (630 MTD caustic soda production)
My job responsibilities are
1. Ensure Safe , environment friendly, efficient & Smooth operation, troubleshooting, startups & shutdowns of Membrane Caustic Production Units, Evaporation systems, HCl Furnaces, Sodium Hypoclorite, Caustic Solidification Units and Bleaching Powder Production units and Compression and Liquefaction of Chlorine.
2. Ensure safe operation of utilities such as RO units, Demi- water units, Cooling Towers, Vapor Compression Chillers and Absorption Chillers(LiBr - H2O system)
3. Have experience of working on DCS board & complex control loops.
4. Ensure Plant optimization & safe emergency handling of all associated process units.
5. I am experienced in writing effective SOPs, Manuals, Work Instructions and conversant with latest techniques.
6. Have good Communication Skills and leadership abilities.
7. Conversant with SAP, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office.
