خلاصہ

I am Hafiz e Quran , In-spite of all HR Strategies i also believe in applying Islamic teachings and sayings of Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) . By applying these teachings along HR strategies I can create a good relation between Employee And Employee.
Yes Compensation , retention, On job Training and performance appraisal can be done by using appropriate HR Strategies analyzing Specific Environment and Condition.
There are other responsibilities of HR Manager by handling Conflict Management and Make Extensive Compensation Structure Development, Career Management and Learning Organisation, Organizational Behavior.
I believe in applying Islamic Teaching engaging all HR requirements this is the best way to handling HR.
For Example :
The followers of Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) was always used to ready to sacrifice their lives and they were so loyal and honest with Holy Prophets.
So what were the factors who motivated,compel them to behave with Holy Prophet with such love and compassion?
It were the teachings and Behavior of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) Who convinced them to show this behavior .
Imagine If we apply such Teachings along with HR Strategies in our organizations what would happen every organization would work with honesty , loyalty and determination.
