JOB DESCRIPTION: Processing of contract since issuing of letter of intent, work order up till to Taking over &defect liability period certificates respectively, full completion certification, final statements & final certificate in respect of closing contract packages. Preparation of Punch lists comprises detail of remaining works in respect of issuance of Taking over certificate and Defect liability certificate. Preparation of commissioning plan of main canal& distributaries for releasing water in command area for agriculture
●         Keeping liaison with client and consultant in regards of design& execution of field works under progress at the site  in respect to achieve desired objectives
●        Coordination with Inspection Teams, dignitaries included all concerned stack holders and presentation / briefing of project as and when desired in respect of contract/project and deliveries.
●          Attending progress review meetings, addressing the loopholes and issues pertaining to execution of civil work of the canal.
 

               JOB DESCRIPTION: In charge of the Project works in Balochistan Province:
  - Handling projects from Initial stage till to its Completion including scrutiny of estimates,                        monthly  running bills, Claims , variation orders, escalation bills, shop drawing & testing of material .   - Monitor and manage consultant and contractor performance on site.   -Liaise with consultant, contractor and other associated stakeholders just to resolve issues and conflicts in Order to ensure smooth progress lead to completion of the project in the stipulated scheduled period.    Being in charge of the project, was responsible for all kinds of activities including construction of lined main Kachhi canal of trapezoidal shape having top width 150 feet, Bottom width of 70 feet and depth 19.5 feet of total length of 200 km& of its distribution system of 1450 km in total length.

●        The following packages /Contracts were parts of project, has been completed:    ➢       Construction of main canal including Earthwork, Lining of main canal and remaining works of ll structures from RD 1005 to 1045 (12 km). The cost of package was Rs 2697.422 million.100%complted before its due completion date
➢      Construction of main canal including Earthwork, Lining of main canal and remaining works of all structures from RD 1045 to 1085 (12 km). The cost of the package was Rs 2787.500 million. 100%completed before its due completion date
➢      Construction of main canal including Earthwork, Lining of main canal and all structures fallen in canal from RD 1085 to 1126 (13 km) The cost of the package was PRs 2847.671 million. 100%completed before its due completion date
 ➢      Construction of remaining work of all distribution system including Earth work, Lining of distributaries and work of all small structures from RD 1005 to 1126. The cost of the package was Rs 631.887 million. 100%completed before its due completion date
➢      Construction of all structures, main canal & distributaries including Earthwork, Lining of main canal and distributaries from RD 1126 to 1193(20.42 km).The cost of package was Rs 5609.193 million. 50%completed and Retired from service
