Monitor operational activities of tank lorries calibration to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Manage necessary arrangement for maintenance & repair of equipment.
Preventive maintenance tasks competed on schedule.
Prepare and handle procurement process (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Technical Evaluation) to ensure timely provision of resources.
Evaluate the technical criteria on SAP Ariba portal.
Prepare, monitor and execute capital and expense budget of department to ensure achievement of departmental objective and KPIs.
Prepare technical specification of material / equipment.
Review and compilation of data.
Ensure timely execution of all invoices.

Providing technical guidance to other departments as and when required to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Provide training on calibration, maintenance and handling of existing and newly purchased equipment for all officers to maintain smooth operations.
To supervise tank trucks calibration operation at assigned location to ensure dispatch of right quantity of product to the customers and sign off accordingly.
To collect payments against calibration of tank trucks as per approved rates for timely recovery.
Timely arrange calibration of prover tanks through Weights & Measures Department (Sindh Government) to ensure sanctity of the calibration process.
To maintain records for prompt retrieval.Coordinate with Management to obtain advice and guidance to resolve day to day operation.

- Analysis of all products against standards.- To maintain records and documents related to product specification, and methods.- Ensure compliance of SOP, QMS HSE requirements at all levels.- Trained on LIMS Laboratory Information Management System to enter and release data.- To maintain inventory of all purchase items.- Calibration and maintenance of equipments.- Results recording in SAP module.- Conduct an internal audit of MQTU (Mobile Quality Testing Unit).- To identify problem, data collection and data analysis through implementing Six Sigma.- Ensure product parameters at Offshore (U.A.E) port.- Liaising with external and internal customer regarding the quality issues.
