 Prepare enterprise risk assessment of the activities.
 Ensure to implement PSM elements effectively with staff.
 Conduct D level committee with staff.
 Attend B level committee with management & discuss HSE related matters.
 Develop HSE training module.
 Conduct Management Safety Audit (MSA).
 Review HSE SOP’s.
 Prepare Safety Leaders Audit documentation.
 Prepare Environment Excellence Award documentation.
 Prepare Fire Safety & Housekeeping Audit documents.
 Identify unsafe act & unsafe condition at site.
 Suggest feasible control measures on identified hazards.
 Capable of working for long durations and under pressure situation.

• Assist with training employees at all levels.
• Develop, prepare and distribute safety promotional material.
• Maintain all safety related documents such as weekly / monthly / quarterly inspection reports, fire extinguisher reports, investigation reports, accident and injuries reports etc.
• Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
• Arrange and monitor training programs to all employees and workers on safety policies, safety guidelines and company’s Health Safety and Environment (HSE) program.
• Coordinate in safety audit and inspection.
• Strictly implemented and ensure the compliance of the company’s safety system to the project.
• Coordinate Permit to Work Program.
• Arrange periodic safety seminar and training programs through audio / visual aids, field demonstrations, lectures on safety practices, accident preventive measures and defensive driving techniques.
• Keep record of all injuries, property damage, fire, cranes and heavy equipment’s accidents.
• Lead weekly safety meetings with Contractors & Company Manager.
• Fire prevention precautions.
• Inspecting the signs and barricades for hazardous area.
• Coverage of all critical activities including lifting and hot work.
• Implementation and enforcement of work permit system
