Responsibilities:-
1. Maintain accurate and securing filing system for documents to include current / effective documents, inactive document and absolute documents inclusive of the historical information.
2. Provide end user technical support of Electronic Documents Records Management System (EDRMS) and general documents control issues as needed.
3. Work with management to create Direction sheets policies / procedures applicable to the group.
4. Assign and monitors documents numbers and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
5. Facilitate review of clinical protocol within the EDRMS and Track wise.
6. Perform internal audit as need.
