Brief details of my professional career and expertise are given as below;

As Field Sociologist/Projects Implementer:
In the initial 10 years of my professional career, I have been a member of project implementation teams with some national and international organizations where I had the opportunity to build the capacity of marginalized segments of the society in local management system of their own development agenda. This grass root interaction enabled me to understand the needs and aspirations of poor communities and to plan towards its resolution around the concept of participatory development. This part of my professional career gave me the strength to move forward as a charismatic sociologist/Community Development Specialist in the development sector.
As Community Mobilization Specialist/Project Designer:
In the next 7 years, I continued my professional career as a freelance consultant Sociologist/ Community Mobilization Specialist to translate my field learning and experiences into practice in the pre and post project appraisals, project designing and project evaluations where I had the opportunity to work with the national and international organizations in project appraisals and project impact monitoring & evaluations that gave me the skills to put together critical thinking and innovative ideas in the designing of new projects.
Operational Head/Member Senior Management Team:
I have worked as a member of SMT for about 14 years with the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD). The focus of NCHD is to promote human development initiatives in Pakistan with the primary focus on Universal Primary Education (UPE) and Adult Literacy in 145 districts of Pakistan. My role with NCHD as Director Admin & Program Support was the organization and management of multi sector development projects. This exposure has given me variety of learning and exposure in the field of project planning & budgeting, implementation, monitoring and reporting
