BHA–CRS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR FLOOD AFFECTED HOUSEHOLDS IN PAKISTAN
Assisted in roll out & manage MEAL mechanism, implement a comprehensive MEAL framework for the key, & ensure digital data management, beneficiaries tracking, monitoring & reporting.
Assisted in planning, designing & implementation of baseline surveys, monitoring & evaluation exercises & impact assessments using mobile-based digital application, when needed.
Established, maintain & ensure the implementation of beneficiary complaint & feedback mechanism.
Assisted MEAL Coordinator to identify key compliance/quality questions & parameters capitalizing on the existing checklists and standards for monitoring project performance.

UNDERSTANDING PAKISTANIS SURVEY PROJECT (6 Assigned Districts)

Provided logistic support & arranged debriefing sessions with team to check the survey instruments like tablet-charging, update of application as well as assigned work to the team as per age group.
Responsible for managing the workflow between the team, gave on the job mentoring and resolving field & other issues as per PIDE management guidelines.
Supervised six enumerators who conducted five CAPIs (computer assisted personal interviews) via CS Entry Pro Application as well as synchronizing of the forms daily.
Conducted survey, named Understanding Pakistanis of the different age groups and areas (urban & rural) of six assigned districts to know the beliefs, preferences, strengths & trust in each other.

Endline of SUCCESS programme (measure the change in income, poverty level & social charactertistics)
Attended 7 days training to understand the Survey Questionnaire deeply with the use of ODK App.
Supervised 4 female enumerators who conducted 5 survey questionnaires about socio-economic conditions of Households & their access to public services.

ACCELERATED ACTION PLAN - AAP PROJECT FOR REDUCTION OF STUNTING & MALNUTRITION
Coordinated & monitored trainers who conducted training/ capacity development sessions regarding livestock management & human nutrition.
Assisted in the developing of LFA, M&E tools & Field plan, Checklist & pre-post test questionnaire.

Conducted trainings, on-the-job mentoring & provided supplementary Teaching & Learning materials -STLMs to Head Teachers -HTs & Teachers for improvement in reading, assessment, teaching & learning practices in early grades.
Conducted tablet-based feedback survey of HTs, Teachers & Parents about SRP intervention.

MIDLINE EGRA - EARLY GRADE READING ASSESSMENT

Coordinated with government officials & HTs, explained the mission & testing process, monitored enumerators & implemented the Teacher & Head Teacher/Master Questionnaire.
Responsible for ensuring the standardized administration of the EGRA tools and survey instruments and ensured timely submission of the data.

SAS - SEF (SINDH EDUCATION FOUNDATION) ASSISTED SCHOOLS PROGRAM

Provided technical assistance to education officers & ensured quality education in 49 NFE schools through continuous supervision, monitoring & evaluation.
Followed-up the teachers’ and other staff trainings, refreshers, material distribution and arranged different co-curricular events and engaged different stakeholders in all activities.

USAID SRP – SINDH READING PROGRAM (COHORT-1)


Provided On-The-Job training/mentorship to early grade teachers for improvement in teaching, reading, learning & assessment practices.
Formed and shared the case studies of students & teachers on monthly basis, if any.
Conducted tablet-based diagnostic & formative EGRA test through Kobo Collect App, shared results with teachers & planned extra activities for struggling students.
