Research Information collection Analysis and Dissemination of IEC Materials
Collect updated information on risks and gaps in basic services to the communities.
To identify and capacitate paralegals in the targeted communities and formation of Village committees.
Review and document the News articles, Assessment reports, Government Policies and minutes of various forums related to the identified advocacy issues.
Facilitate in development of IEC material and messages on different advocacy issues and human rights for communities and general public for information dissemination.
Implementation
Assist Project Manager in preparing detailed implementation plans and reviewing on monthly, quarterly basis.
Directly working in field and responsible for all field implementation of SRLM project and Advocacy program activities under the supervision of project Manager.
Responsible to deliver required capacity building trainings related Pakistan legal or Para legal rights and necessary skills to community structures for effective and efficient functioning.
Networking Representation Liaison
Actively engage with communities, coalitions, Govt. and other stakeholders, Represent HUJRA (VSO) and push the agenda forward with relevant stakeholders according to organization strategy.
Form coalitions/ partnership with like-minded stakeholders to lobby the Govt. in revising policies to better safeguard rights of the marginalized.
Actively engage in Public Policy advocacy in line with HUJRA (VSO) commitment to the process and ensure that the protocol is adhered to and that the process is facilitated in a way whereby the rights of the vulnerable are not violated.
Actively contribute to decision-making process within HUJRA by way of exchanging information.
Reporting and Communication
Compile and present discussion papers about legal AID issues to the HUJRA head office.

Assist in organizing and mobilizing the communities to play an effective role in promoting and protecting the rights of the child.
Assist the CP Coordinator in implementing project activities thrTough active participation of children and target communities.
Assist in the identification and training of community volunteers in the target communities as well as to supervise their work in the community.
Assist in identification and verification of most vulnerable families and children in the affected communities and ensuring their participation in development activities.
Responsible for promoting children's rights in the communities with special reference to children rights to protection, education, participation and non-discrimination at the community level.
Organize different outreach awareness program for children and others duty barriers.
Assist in facilitating and organizing training for community members and community volunteers.
Assist in conducting needs assessment in the targets and surrounding communities specially the children, with in to implement program activities.
With support from community organizations develop village profiles and collect information on various aspects in the target village for program development and effective implementation.
Compile weekly bi-weekly and monthly progress reports on various project activities and submit the same to CP coordinator for preparing the consolidated progress reports for WVI and its donors.
Report on the effect of CPC project on lives of children and their families.
Assist in organizing community self help activities and provide guidance for self help activities in the target area to carry out other tasks as and when assigned by the CP Coordinator on behalf of the organization.

To promote active community participation in the CFS project.
Proactively monitor, documents, report and refer child protection concerns.
To help establish a child protection complaints and referral mechanism within the community and in the CFSs.
Participate in consultative meetings with the community and with children and youth.
To mobilize interested youth to participate as volunteers in the CFS project.
Organize weekly child rights awareness sessions amongst families and communities within the target areas.
Train community members on the management of child abuse cases
Attend training/workshop/meetings related to children.
Report on the impact of the CFS project on the lives of children and families.
Carry out specific duties as assigned by supervisor.
