8.     Conduct regular field visits to project sites for project monitoring as per plan ensuring that all the visit objectives are proficiently met
9.     Effectively document success stories, best practices and lessons learnt at project level and give recommendation to overcome the gaps identified for future projects
10.  Proper filing and record of M & E related documents and reports as per standards
