Divisional Head –  Digital Transformation/Innovation/Product Development, Enterprise Oracle Siebel CRM & T24 Core Banking  
Responsibilities:
§  Lead and design the bank’s vision of transforming conventional banking into digital innovation.
§  A major shift from counter to digital have been achieved where 73% transactions are being done through digital channels by process optimization and automation.
§  Envision, develop and launch digital solutions for conventional business including net or mobile banking; self and assisted digital channel; and customer onboarding by focusing on customer journey and experience.
§  Manage multiple high-tech million-dollar projects in coordination with internal and external key stakeholders to launch innovative and customer-centric self-service banking products and services with an aim to digitally transform retail banking landscape of the bank.
§  Determine end customer needs, evaluate market response to products offered by competition and devise innovative approaches to address market needs.
§  Managing the entire product life cycle including market research, customer value addition, competitor scans, designing case studies, adapting to regulatory guidelines, implementation and promotion of services to the desired target audience.
§  In the changing digital world, physical touch points cannot be neglected but it should be smart and lean. Introduced and established 25 self-services (Smart Branches) across the country from 2019 till 2022. While 25 branches are in pipeline keeping in view the digital transformation strategy.
§  Responsible for managing Innovation Lab responsible for generation of novel ideas thru R&D that led to development of / improvement in products, FinTech Collaboration for fostering partner eco-system & organizing Design Thinking workshops for continuous engagement & improvement.
§  Drive the establishment of a common structure and methodology for digital channel to track, measure, report and improve performance, usage and cross channel user journey thru big data analytics.
§  Identify individual channel pain points from customer perspective and propose solution for their resolution.
§  Manage campaigns to promote digital channels and increase user base and utilization.
§  Introduce digital on-boarding MyPDA (My Pakistan Digital Account) in 2020 by using content driven and data intelligence tool to change the customer on-boarding journey digitally.     
§  Responsible for nurturing Data culture for analytics & using AI to improve efficiency & revenue.
§  Responsible for Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management Implementation and its integration with Big Data / Data Lake and Sprinklr (a unified CXM customer experience management platform).
§  Big Data Implementation for setup of Hadoop Data Lake & implementation of associated use cases based on Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The use case includes but not limited to Cash Optimization, Churn Prediction, Behavioral & Demographical Segmentation.
§  Part of Data Governance Program Implementation considering “Data” as new strategic Asset.
§  Part of Block Chain Pilot Project implementation committee formed with two other peer Banks for implementation of KYC and other use cases.
§  Responsible for introducing Agile Practices through use of Jira / Confluence.
§  Responsible for coordination with SBP on new initiatives such as RAAST etc,.                           
Head of Temenos T24 system development from entire business and operations segment also, responsible for Temenos T24 new releases.

Divisional Head - Branch Banking Operation/Policy/BRP/Temenos T24 @ BSG
Responsibilities:
§  Responsible to manage the oversight and control of a network of 1450+ branches across the country by supervising the operations of branch banking with the twin objectives of segregation for control while also providing process optimization using the matrix structure where business and operations report separately to respective business heads but to one operations head.
§  Re-design and implement multiple processes to reduced TAT from days to few minutes.
§  Developed various products & Services for business group.
§  Introduced & implemented 5 “Branch on wheel” in 2019.
§  Project Manager for the implementation and migration of Core banking Application Temenos T24 from R8 to R16.
§  Periodic Review/Update branch banking policies against control deficiencies and control improvement.
§  Responsible for bank wide various Branch Banking, policies and SOPs.
§  Responsible for new processes for control effectiveness, efficiency and further incorporate system-based control.
Responsible for new developments / CRF in T24 for branch banking, Credits, Trade, Finance and other area of development. 

Responsible for overall Branchless banking/Management and technology audits to achieve Internal Audit KPIs assigned by the Board Audit Committee.

Responsibilities:
§  Lead a team of business and technical staff for the development and maintenance of modules in banking software (T24) as per the requirement and specification of the bank users or clients.
§  Develop the overall project management strategy and work with discipline leads and project teams to execute plans.
Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned by working with project team actively participating.
§  Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
§  Resolve project/s pre and post live issues.
§  Manage functional areas such as core or retail, credits, risk management and treasury including overall project support in terms of business and technical.
§  Critically analyze the requirements and gaps of the bank and compare it with available functionalities of T24 application.
§  Prepare the Business Requirement Document (BRD) Functional Specifications Document (FSD) by specifying components which either needs to be developed or modified.
§  Design and customize the local developments for the bank as per their requirements. 

Performing risk-based management audit including IS Audit by focusing on risk management, systems & controls, Core systems and the compliance to regulatory requirements and statutes etc. Also conducting special audits of assigned focusing on specific assessments.
Responsible for Internal Control - ICFR, COSO project.

Responsibilities:
§  Manage the internal audit function by ensuring that internal audits are closely aligned with industry best practices in executing the duties across the bank.
§  Drive changes to business process and practices that provides significant improvement to operating performance.
§  Manage completion of planned audits on audit plan, including operational, compliance, information technology as well as ADC channels and it’s solution.
§  Administer management audit department’s continuous auditing program through the use of data analytics software.
§  Perform bank-wide risk assessments and develop annual risk-based internal audit plan and IT audit plan to submit to Chief Audit for onward submission to Board Audit Committee for approval while monitoring and ensuring completion of plan.
§  Plan and execute comprehensive audit program in line with IIA, IFRS, ICAP, GAAS, ISACA, ISMS requirements to evaluate e-Audit software.
§  Recommend improvements to management controls designed to safeguard bank resources and promote bank growth in compliance with SBP regulation.
§  Participate in implementation of core banking solution Temenos T24 from audit group.
§  Coordinate between all internal and external stakeholders regarding the implementation and continuous improvement of the bank’s integrated internal control COSO program.

Responsibilities:
§  Report to VP CRBG; manage function in consumer-, retail- and commercial banking.
§  Contribute in product design and development.
§  Participate in creating new business avenues as well as enhancing and improving existing ADC products which include ATM expansion, ADC expansion and call center establishment.
§  Launch various retail products such as e-home remittance; debit card and bank
§  assurance by performing software acquisition or development for mentioned projects.
§  Team member of legacy banking system improvement and also part of core banking project acquisition.

Responsibilities:
§  Develop in-house ERP software for the Hashoo group chain of hotels and other businesses.
§  Perform software project management which includes the end-to-end software development process.
§  Conduct gap analysis, business process re-engineering (BPR) and establish system requirements as well as functional specification documentation. 
§  Manage team of developers, assignments and scheduling of tasks, timelines for new applications and also maintenance plans for existing applications.

§  Part of software development team as developer for various local and international clients.
§  Code writing in Oracle Form & Report 6i developer.
