 Finish work includes Tiles, Mossaic , Onex Marble, Wooden Floor, DECKING, Cobble stone, stone cladding
 Checking the Civil work ready for all kind of finishing
 Calculating the quantity of all kind of flooring and wall (Tile and Marble) as per architecture drawing
 Finalizing the the design and cutting with architect for all kind of flooring and wall tiles
 Checking the water proofing of pool and location of Skimmer and lights
 Execution of ceiling work includes plastic of Paris , wooden ceiling , Fiber Ceiling etc
 Checking the lights and chandelier points before starting the ceiling base coat
 Checking the electrical points in whole house with respect to furniture before the paint work
 Dico of doors final touch after the paint final coat
 Cad prints on scale for chandelier electrical and hanging points
 Checking the quality of frames with respect to chandelier weight and position
 Providing access panel for ACS for maintenance purpose
 On site working on autocad dwg for smooth execution of all kind of technical work
 Providing the same railing height all over the stair
 Execution of CLOSET and furniture work as per drawing
 Checking and verifying the contractor bills
 Managing the external parties for the site work
 Meeting with companies representative for products and quotation
 Interaction with the owner and Architect constantly about finish work

 Construction Includes 2 Swimming pools (Pre cast T slab), Main Building, Tennis Court, Guard House, Internal
and External RCC Boundary Wall.
 Daily Meeting with Construction Manager and Project Manager for Work Specification and Completion Time and
to provide the previous Progress Report and Demand (Labor, Material) etc.
 Checking the Layout of Surveyor by checking the Size of Room and Columns Alignment.
 Execution of Steel work of Footings, Columns, Beam, Slab according to BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
 Communication with the Designer and Client for the construction issues regarding Structural and Architectural
Drawing.
 Continuously attached with the QS for the Steel Scrap issues and revised cut length.
 Responsible for the approving of check Request for specified work.
 Responsible for using Specified Class of Concrete (A2 for Slab and Beams D1 for Columns and RCC wall).
 Specified Compaction of sand and sub base for Flooring Treatment.
 Checking of Brick work with respect to opening for windows and Door Size.
 Checking the Plaster, Paint and Tile work as per specifications.

 Daily coordination with Site Engineer and Construction Manager and Responsible for the Execution of Specified
Site Activities with in Time Limit.
 Preparation of Subgrade, sub base, WBM for specified RD and checking the FDT with consultant.
 Identify and Removing Material from Slush Points.
 Preparation of Chambers and Manholes according to the drawings.
 Laying of new Sewerage Line.
 Installation of Curb Stones and Streets Lights, Preparation of Foundation for Street Lights.
 Steel work according to Bar Bending Schedule for Rigid Pavement.
 Checking the temperature and Thickness of Asphalt.
 Preparation of Demand and Progress report.
