1. Involved in procurement process which includes, verifying, approving, and generating of PR & PO inSAP.2. Updating container relevant shipping information in SAP purchase orders.3. Working on Sales & Purchase Modules of SAP (B1).4. Create purchase order with (Price, cost, weight, and volume).5. Manage the entirety of the order process to purchase orders via the ERP system (SAP).6. Track orders and shipments from Germany to Saudi Arabia and ensure timely delivery & arrive toport andwarehouse.7. Order closing for all orders after arrive warehouse the goods receipt was created in the SAPsystem.8. Maintaining Key performance indicator (KPIs) on daily bases.9. Maintaining Kitchens tracking report on daily basis.10. Work closely with sales for any change in the design or update.11. Work closely with warehouse team to put GRPO on time.12. Work on Aging report to identify the time line of Kitchen orders.13. Coordination with sales staff for resolving their issue & problems timely.
