- Using Solarwinds SAM for monitoring of servers, applications and services.
- Working on Trend Deep Security and WFBSS for providing security from malware, ransomware and web reputation to Virtual and Physical servers and desktops.
- Engaged in using VMware VSphere Client for managing Virtual Machines and ESXi hosts.
- Monitoing and Administration of Virtual Desktops Infrastructure (VDI) using VMware Horizon View.
- Perform WSUS tasks for patching security updates of servers and workstations. Reports generation through Dovestone, Lansweeper and Active Administrator.
- Utilizing Microsoft on-prem and online applications like MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Planner & One Drive for Business for Internal Communication and tasks.
- Service Requests, Incident Management & Coordinating with Vendors for product related issues, licensing and Upgrades etc.
