Conducting the selection process, as designed by the HR department
“On-Boarding” process of new employees and conducting their orientation session
Proper filing and documentation of all records related to Human Resource and Administration
Check and verify gate register and files on daily basis
Ensure mess related task done on time.
Dealing with Security agency and also ensure smooth service of security.
Dealing with metro for routine purchase.
Conduct trainings on different topics time to time
Ensure Housekeeping of whole plant.
Assisting to deploy PMS (Performance Management System)
Assisting Manager HR in designing and formulation of HR functions:
Formulation of Job Descriptions (KRA based) after conducting Job and Person Evaluation
Designing of new policies and revise old according to new requirement.
Implementation of policies and ensuring all departments follow it.

Preparation of monthly payroll of 600+ employees
Deal with external bodies i.e. EOBI and Social Security.

Support and coordinate in all administration activities including supervision of office boys, sweepers, drivers & security guards
