I am working in Style textile Pvt. Ltd. as IE Supervisor (Time Study) . Where I follow first hour production, time study, attend meetings, improve daily and cumulative efficiency, Skill matrix, implement 6S’, setting Layouts of lines and make daily achievement and forecast reports. Also doing some ERP relevant task like Forecast and achievement reports, daily attendance, changeover, line swapping and lost time etc.
