The Government of KP has implementing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investement Project (KPHCIP), funded by the world bank to improve the primary health care services (PHC) in the province as par of the KPHCIP. in this regard the Healht facility asessment is palnned in Peshawar, Haripur, Noshehra and swabi.

· Assist the program department in need assessments, baseline, end-line and post-distribution monitoring surveys in terms of forming data collection tools.
· Conduct interviews with line departments, conduct PRA exercises.
· Ensure data quality and data consistency during data collection and data entry, manage database and facilitate in data analysis.
· Facilitate program department in the first draft report of surveys (baseline & end-line and assessments)
· Assist supervisor in documentation for all the projects and give possible feedback.

Organized IDPs in the camps through the formation of Shura, Health, Education, WASH Management, PSN’s, Security and Food Committees for smooth running of activities in the camps.
Arranged Sports competitions and exhibition of IDPs skills on a regular basis and peace, harmony and cohesiveness maintained in IDP camps.
