• Recommended installations of new/latest security systems or a possible up-gradation in existing systems.
• Conducted annual research on crime risk analysis.
• CCTV monitoring of Pakistan branches.

• Resolve all CCTV related issue through vendor.

• Regular monitoring of electronic media and update to Management with latest news development.
• Electronic Remote Surveillance of all Branches and Locations through Centralized CCTV Camera Control Room
• Making Cd\'s of incident which we observe through CCTV and provide relevant department.
• Coordinate with fraud depart(FIU)/branch banking when require them CCTV footage and recording
• To ensure the implementation of Group Security Policies for the installation of security equipment.
• To Keep the Manager Security updated about any activities against the interests of the organization.
• Point out post installation security breach and lapses. Besides maintained relevant inventory.
• Keep an eye upon security equipment up gradations at nation as well as international avenues in the best interest of the organization.
• Being Security Coordinator draw policy including corporeal & electronic security coupled with surprise / routine surveillance.
• Used to check out physical drills to the branch staff.
• Responsible for arrange backups of all DVR/Camera installed in BAHL prem

Key Responsibilities
• Resolve computer related complains of users.
• Coordinate with Vendors to resolve hardware and network issues.
• Responsible of configuring and updating antivirus databases on all clients.
• Monitoring data center equipments.
• Maintaining hardware inventories of all clients updated.
• Configuration and updating of antivirus on all ATM machines in the south region.
• Updating SCCM and WSUS on all workstations including ATMs’ .Closing tickets raised by users regarding their problems/issues in computers/software’s within 24 hours.
• Assigning tickets to concerned engineers and keep follow up until issue is resolved.
