Job Profile Summary:

Key Responsibilities
Monitor department workflow, track the performance towards achieving various department goals.
Appropriation of resources according to workload and other projects dictates, review client cases and participates in regular error review meetings.
Assist in the design and maintenance of procedures and systems and ensure adherence to SNL’s best practices with respect to systems, tools/applications, and processes.
