Assist supervisor for intercompany transactions and donor wise reports on a daily basis.
Cash & Liquidity Management.
Assist supervisor for preparation of rolling budget on actual and forecasting basis.
Interaction with Bank for Funds, Reconciliation and Un-present Cheques.
Record donations, funds and report accordingly.
Prepare payments (Vendors, Suppliers etc)
Correspondence with vendors and suppliers for payments.
Support auxiliary schedules for closing purposes.
Undertake any responsibility as assigned by the supervisor.

7. Computing Bank Profit
8. Computing & Withholding Taxes (Generating PSID’s & Filing of Tax Returns)
9. Managing Fixed Assets Register
10. Petty Cash (Impress Register FIS Oracle Based)
11. Dealing with External Audit, Pre-Audit & Compliance Team
12. Monthly Income & Expenditure report to Management
1. Payments, Staff Salaries, Collecting Fees & Dues from Students
2. Income and Expenses on daily basis
3. Managing administration & logistics staff
4. Assignments to Auxiliary Staff
5. Staff Meetings and Extra curriculum activities for Students
6. Ensuring attendance of staff & students
