My responsibilities as a Assistant Compliance Officer included the following:
Working on documentation over KYC and followed the rules and regulations regarding SECP, PSX, CDC and NCCPL and also, work on identifying andmaking reports on highlighting shortcomings/deficiencies.
Doing customers risk profiling and assess the high, medium and low risk regarding the AML/CFT.
Ensure Compliance of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD & Enhance Due Diligence.
Assessing the errors on forms that are given by regulatory authorities.
Knowledge regarding the forms of KYC, PSX, CDC, NCCPL, to do corrections in forms and also guide a client to fulfill their requirements.
Knowledge about Customers name screening against negative list (NACTA, UN etc.).
Ensure the Verification of clients through NADRA VERISYS.
