 Undertake field visit for site monitoring, materials compliance checks and delivery to relevant offices.
 Conduct market surveys to pre-qualify suppliers for products and services required. Maintain database of pre-qualified vendors.

 Monthly reporting of all pending and consummated purchases to the Chief of Party and relevant departments.
