• Daily bases tickets (mostly on networking devices like routers switches, firewalls and servers as well) in order to resolve them.
• Working with Field Engineer on deployment and troubleshooting of different vendor devices like Cisco, Nokia, Aruba HP, Huawei, Fortinet, Dell, and etc.
• Taking ownership of the customer issue reported and seeing problems to resolution. After identification of the problem, providing training to the Field engineers (Globally) as per the scope of work.
• Providing the details to Field engineers as well as the required tools against the scope of work.
• To supervise the Field engineers throughout the tasks and help the resolving L1 tasks.
• Timely reporting to the client of each step executed while deployment and troubleshooting the devices.
• After completion of the task, providing the customer with a detailed site visit report stating all the steps executed
