• To update the employees personal records (Personal File data) with their salaries record in SAP software on fortnightly basis.
• To prepare employees records of all the ‘Left’ and ‘New’ employees for the purpose of updating Group Life Insurance from Dawood Family Takaful Ltd on monthly basis.
• To prepare the Personal Files of newly inducted employees and get it approved from concerned Head of Department and Managing Director after getting verified from HR Manager.
• To prepare contract renewal list on monthly basis and prepare their new contracts for approval.
• To follow up the employee’s final settlements, loans applications, to address miscellaneous employee’s problems.
• Process the HR matters pertaining to Sales Force, like issuing Bank Account opening letters, resignations, clearance, final settlements etc.
• To prepare different HR Letters, e.g employee new Contracts, Experience Letters, laptop/car custody letters, authority letters etc.
• To prepare Performance Evaluation Forms for the purpose of increments and to get it filled from concerned HOD by follow up the cases.
• To issue IOM to other departments as directed by HR Manager.
• Maintain ex-employees files in database, mark it CLOSED and Inactive from SAP ERP.
