Mirage Rebuild Factory, PAC Kamra is a dynamic setup that undertakes variety of aircraft and engine overhauls. Mirage Aircraft is officially discontinued by its manufacturer i-e Dassault Aviation. and they refused to supply its spare parts. So, MRF decided to manufacture the spare parts by itself. For this purpose, CAD/CAM department was created. My core responsibilities were:
Reverse Engineering spare parts of Mirage Aircraft.
Designing CAD Model of the spare parts.
Making Prototypes of CAD Models using Additive Manufacturing. Manufacturing spare parts using Investment Casting and CNC Machining

Orient water Services is the official representative of Solenis, American
manufacturer of Industrial Water Treatment chemicals. OWS provides
solutions for cooling water systems, Boiler water systems for Power
plants, HVAC Systems etc. My core responsibilities were:
Sales visits to new clients, analyzing issues in their systems and making proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Managing Services visits to the existing clients.
Analyzing the systems on annual Shutdowns, and annual report submission to the clients for better services.
