I have 5+years FMCG working experience in production ( Baking items , muffins, cup cake,bread, rusk), or (biscuits, wafers items) experience .
Ensure smooth production with minimum waste and rework.Responsible for achievement of daily production targets.Ensure preventive maintenance to minimize the major breakdowns.Supervision of company and labor staff.Resposible for the implementation of food safety, quality management and halal system.Responsible for following the plant hygiene and GMP.Ensure corrective/preventive actions to improve quality levels .Monitor and evaluate the (KPIs) like productivity, wastage efficiency , hygiene and safety.Lead the shift to achieve production plan and assure the compliance of the daily floor activities to the company certified system.
i am responsible for - Development of all monitoring reports of production in SAP system.- Collecting production demands, planning and produce accordingly and manage dispatch operations on time.- Improvement and development of the production process for yield enhancement, wastage reduction and quality or safety improvement.- Ensure effective implementation of the quality management system.- Monitoring production schedule and adjusting them if a problen occur.- Coordinate and assist in maintaining GMP guidelines and routine plant audit inspections.- Accept, reject and set out guideline for rework off code finished product.- Work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to work plan, set targets and make sure the finished product meet quality standards.
Responsibility to ensure quality according to specification at all field levels. - Training of field staff related hygiene / Glassware appratus calibration/standardization, safety and food hygiene.- Ensure raw product quality- Monitoring fresh milk receiving & Dispatch operations in two areas- Routine Lab audit- Field visits - Ensure required milk analysis at all level
