Job Description:
Responsibility for legal and skills training of community based paralegals and social organizers called head paralegals (Including identifying areas of weakness and building the legal and managerial strength of all team members).
Legal advice on specific cases and occasional representation in courts.
Coordinate activities within the team i.e social organizers, legal advisors and paralegals. Keep the LE Manager updated on the progress.
To organize and facilitate local level events in community and at district level.
Create and maintain the linkages with district authorities, lawyers and other stakeholders in the district to connect community based paralegals and to help on individual cases and facilitate access to their services.
