4. Issue Batches on daily basis against FPOs issued from Planning Dept. Also work as Power user to implement New Version of Oracle (12.1.3), which is under (ERP Responsibility)
5. Participate in developing and managing the yearly operational budget for the plant
6. Responsible for ensuring compliance as it relates to organizationâ₉„¢s safety and environmental programs and policies
7. Continually identify, plan, and initiate methods to improve productivity, quality, and reduce cost in the operation by focusing on continuous improvement initiatives as they relate to reducing waste in the process, asset utilization, and reduced equipment downtime, to improve production performance (Improve OEE of each Plant)
8. Work closely with the quality & engineering departments to administrate process improvements or quality enhancement. Experiments with measuring and tracking of the trials with reporting out on recommendations.
9. Identify skill gaps of direct reports, both technical and leadership skills; create development plans to address through coaching, mentoring and training
