I have lead the establishment of all these departments from scratch and gained valuable experience in building efficiently structured teams that can deliver quality work in a timely manner. After their inception I have introduced efficient personnel and work flow reporting structures which enabled us to sustain the work quality and delivery time in the long run.
During my time at Channel Advantage I worked on campaigns for several technology brands. I started as a brand executive and quickly expanded my role and got additional job responsibilities like brand awareness, handling brand's relationship with the store management, taking regular stock checks and updating brand management through comprehensive reporting. Towards the end of my job tenure I was working as team lead and on-job trainer.
