Currently I am working at 7.64MW Marala Hydro Power Plant as Turbine Operator.
My Responsibilities are"
Operate the Plant in a safe, efficient and economical manner according to the SOPs/ Operation Manuals.
Normallay Start the Unit.
Normaly Shut Down the Unit.
Handle emergency shut downs .
Give directions to the turbine attendants for safe operation.
Communication with Canal operator for smooth spillway operation .
Regular monitoring of all the necessary parameters of Units at SCADA and local panels.
Maintain the hourly production record.
Maintain the Check sheets .
Maintain logs.
Quick response to break downs/ maintenance.
Coordinate with maintenance staff while maintenance at power house.
Perform other duties assigned by Management when needed.
Learn new skills .
Attend the training sessions .
Create a good professional relationship with colleagues.

I served at 2.82MW Pakpattan Hdyro Power Plant as Junior Turbine Operator.

My Responsibilities were.
To supervise the turbines operations during assigned shift effectively. Provide direction to attendants. To keep the effective communication with Grid station, Irrigation Department ,. Ensure plant is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner according to the SOPs. To ensure that superior knowledge of the operating principles of equipment and machinery is used in the power plant. Ensure safe start up, shut down/emergency shut down and tackle any other emergency situation at the plant. To implement SOPs for all types of planned, predictive and corrective maintenance.To keep the communication with other departments at power plant. Willing to learn new skills (on and off the job) and
Train others if and when required. Represent the O&M team in production meetings and contribute to
effective communication within the team.
