I am a bachelor’s graduate from CASE (UET Taxila) university with a Computer Science degree.
I have one year of experience as a junior Lecturer (computer science) in Government College. The opportunity to learn new skills and work with new technologies is particularly attractive to me.
Ensure our internal users have their IT issues resolved.
• Logging and processing all technical requests based on the complaints/tickets received from the users.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, basic network troubleshoots, printers, door access and CCTV of Sub Office & pandamarts.
• Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that all platforms used by the company installed.
• Communicate to clients via chat/f2f/emails to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware as well as documenting it.

• L1 & L2 support to user on site & remotely.

Actively monitor and maintain as well as advice on IT security protocols, systems, and networks & Servers
• Maintenance of record of all IT equipment’s like desktop / laptop / printers / scanner / network switched / Routers / Firewall & Servers.
• Work as System Analyst and Web administration. • Procurement management for IT (Dealing with different vendors for Server's, Workstation, Laptops, Toners, and Printer purchasing)
• Downloading, pooling, and posting of regional Attendance monthly.
• Conducting backup at Server and User Levels
• All Admin related day to day administrative task of the office and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Responsible for maintaining the record of Admin related petty expenses for head office and ensure timely settlement.
• Head Office Repair & Maintenance.
• Collection of Consolidated Office Stationery Request for Head office, follow up with Vendor to deliver the ordered quantity, Ensure the Goods/ GRN / Delivery challan as per SOP.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and work on class Management.
• Design, prepare and develop courses and teaching materials.
• Assess student's coursework.
• Set and mark examinations.
• Support students through a pastoral or advisory role.
