My major responsibilities were Marketing Listing and providing guidance to sellers and buyers for finding their desired properties.

Negotiating and re-negotiating with Direct Customers, Corporate Clients and Real-Estate Agents via phonecalls, emails, and other social media platforms.

I was assigned to prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.

I work on implementing recommendations to improve processes, procedures, and policies.
I Coordinate with executives and departments etc. to align goals, make improvements, and strategies.
Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, emails, and in person(meeting) after sending Quotations.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills to achieve the targets.
I monitor budgeted financial performance benchmarks. I estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets and review financial reports to improve budgets and annual operating cost.

-Actively participated in conceptualizing Departments of Price Bond, Currency Mangement, Foreign Exchange Operations, General Services Department, Banking and various other Departments which gave me an exposure to an entirely new work area. 
-Conducted research on \'Differences between Islamic and Conventional Banking\" and reported findings in report. The research was conducted with the help of smartly designed questionnaries which were filled by the Bankers and Customers.
-My responsibilities during my Internship period remained as: data collection, designing questionnaires, assisting employees at Banking Department. I took active part in editing, entering, analyzing, tabulating and managing data. 
-Collaborated with Employees of different Commercial Banks and Islamic Banks on behalf of SBP-BSC to find out which Banking Sector has greater Profitablity Ratio and Customer\'s preference based on cost effectiveness and rate of interest.
