Currently I am working in Etihad Airways IT dept Printer Service Help Desk sect. I respond to the emails from the users and tickets created by the users on Manage Engine , assign the tickets to the engineers accordingly , I am handling printer parts and toners stock ,arranging the required parts or toner for the engineers , order parts from Ricoh and monthly physical stock count.
I worked here as IT assistant , my major duties were to assist the engineers to set up computers for the users configuration , activating there network ports and install softwares required by the users.I used take calls to for IT user support too only if required incase of engineer shortage and workload. I was handling IT store too keeping weekly check on stock, and monthly physical stock count
