WARRANTY CLAIM Administer all warranty claims that are received in relation to the product the company trades. Responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.
Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device

Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance.
Notify supervisor or computer maintenance technicians of equipment malfunctions.
