-Maintaining Employees Record
-Maintaining and regularly updating master database
-Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters etc.
-Communicating organization's HR policies to the employees as per instructions
-Understanding the Implementation of performance management system as per Policy
-Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective
managers
-Reviewing resumes and applications -Preparing letters to offer and confirmation
Responsibilities
- Check the quality of yarn.
- Check the product production of each machine.
- Check the performance of workers.
- Maintain the machinery maintenance.
- Check the moisture of cotton bales.
- Check the yarn strength in laboratory.
- Using calculations whenever yarn count was changed.
- Check the packing process.
- Check the moisture and temperature on daily basis.
- Prepare production report and send to General Manager at every morning.
- Attend meetings whenever required.
