   I worked as an Agriculture & Livelihood Expert in a UK-aid and Tear Fund funded project. My duties include:·
·       Effective coordination and planning of livelihoods activities on the field while consulting all concerned stakeholder
·       Work with communities to identify their needs and develop sustainable livelihood solutions
·       Deliver training on climate-smart agriculture and conservation agriculture in the district of Dadu Sindh
·       Design IEC material on climate-smart agriculture
·       Design implementing modalities (selection criteria) for Livelihood activities
·       Identification and Provision of poultry birds for restocking of poultry farming to 150 females’ beneficiaries and deliver sessions on capacity building of females on poultry farming.
·       Identification and Provision of Agriculture Inputs (DAP, UREA and Wheat Seed) for Rabi Season crop to 220 beneficiaries and deliver sessions on production technology of wheat and adoption of good agriculture practices to improve their yield.
·       Identification and Provision of kitchen gardening seed to establish diversified, nutrient-rich kitchen garden to 150 females’ beneficiaries and deliver sessions on production technology of winter season vegetables.  
·       Ensure timely completion of activities as per donor guideline, quality and seasonal timeline

  I worked as an agriculture and livelihood expert in a WHH-BMZ-funded project. My duties include:
·       Design detailed Implementation plan for the project & Implement the Agriculture Livelihood livelihood program and activities
· Developed criteria and assessment tools & finalized it after proper consultation with project officer & project manager
·       Effective coordination and planning of livelihoods activities on the field while consulting all concerned stakeholder
·       Tracking of progress through  detailed Implementation plan throughout the project duration
·       Work with communities to identify their needs and develop sustainable livelihood solutions
·       Identification and distribution of Inputs and establishment of homestead & kitchen gardening/vegetable garden & vertical farming  to strengthen food production for 200 beneficiaries and deliver sessions on diversified nutrient-rich kitchen gardening and develop a manual on the vegetable garden

·       Provision of poultry package (10 hens, 2 Cock) inputs for capacity building of backyard poultry farming and also conduct a session with the collaboration of Livestock and Dairy Development Department.
·       Provision of an Artificial Insemination facility for animals in the target area for improvement of livestock breeding and deliver a session with the collaboration of the Livestock and Dairy Development Department on Livestock management.
·       Planted 7000 plants Promoted Agroforestry and multipurpose fruit and medicinal plants and awareness-raising on environmental conservation.
·       Establishment of wheat plots through zero drill method in the riverine area with the collaboration of Agriculture extension and on-farm water management department.
·       Maintain accurate records and documentation of all livelihood & agriculture-related  activities
·       Ensure timely completion of activities as per donor guideline, quality and seasonal timeline

·       Identification and provision of agriculture inputs for winter Season (Staple Crops) for 1175 beneficiaries with biofortified zinc wheat varieties like Zincol-2016, Akbar-18 and deliver sessions on importance of fortified wheat and adoption of good agriculture practices to improve their yield.
·       Identification and distribution of Inputs for Diversified Gardening (Winter Season) for 500 beneficiaries and deliver sessions on diversified nutrient-rich kitchen gardening and different CRA practices practiced in these gardens.
·       Establish enough food model plots which fulfil the dietary and nutrition requirements of the family for a year.
·       Ensure timely completion of activities as per donor guideline, quality and seasonal timeline.

I worked as a Livelihood officer on DFID-funded project my duties were:
·       Design detailed Implementation plan for the project & Implement the agriculture, livelihood activities
·       Tracking of progress through  detailed Implementation plan throughout the project duration
·       Effective coordination and planning of livelihoods activities on the field while consulting all concerned stakeholder
·       Delivered session on Capacity building of farmers on Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) and Conservation Agriculture (CA)-based technologies and Practices in district Muzaffargarh and established demo plots of Sorghum, Mung bean, cotton, and wheat in liaison with Agriculture extension department.
·       Assisted Participatory CSA Resource person and shared information with Project Coordinator in the day-to-day monitoring of CSA interventions.
·       Identification and Establishment of wheat seed production plot for production of quality wheat seed for next year with approved agricultural practices in which bio fortified zinc wheat varieties like Akbar-2018 was given to farmers
·       Wheat seed was segregated and stored in hermetic drums and bags to maintain and session.
·       Delivered sessions on the promotion of improved household nutrition through vegetable production and established Kitchen Gardens at the household level.
·       Established plots for the promotion of High-Value Crops small to medium scale vegetable production through vertical farming like Chile, Tomato, Bitter Guard, Round Guard, Lady Finger, Brinjal, and Indian squash
·       Arranged training for improved community capacity in livestock management through Community Livestock Extension Workers (CLEW) workforce development at Gomal University, D.I Khan.
·       Established  Community-Based Nurseries for Quality Seedling and Plant Production
·       Planted 17443 Promoted Agroforestry and multipurpose Hedgerows/windbreaks and farm boundary markers and awareness-raising on environmental conservation
·       Arrange a Vocational training program for the target youth of the area.
·       Facilitated project activities in the targeted area (social mobilization, field assessments, identification and selection of beneficiaries, homestead kitchen gardening, promoting CSA, distribution of various agriculture inputs in the selected villages, etc.
·       Organized the capacity development initiatives and other field-based activities, i.e. farmer consultative meetings, gender-sensitive training workshops, exposure visits, monitoring visits, and field days

I worked as an agriculture consultant in WHH-funded projects my duties were:
·       Promote diversified nutrient-rich kitchen gardening by facilitating sessions and establishing demo plots by  agriculture smart and resilient practices like organic framing (Bio-pesticide, Manure making)
·       Established demo plot for Vitamin A and Iron-rich vegetables and seed management.
·       Demonstrated and facilitated farmers on preparation of seedling to ensure crop production well in time and minimize vegetables availability  throughout the year
·       Design Solar vegetable & Fruit dryer with Liasioning of IFNS-BZU for domestic use and make different trails on carrots, spinach, turnips, potato, and pumpkins.
·       Develop IEC material to minimize challenges in producing nutrient-rich vegetables, like 3G cutting for the gourd family.
·       Develop training material like manual on vegetable production technology, manuals that address both kitchen gardening and vegetable farming on a commercial level, importance and methods of tree plantation, and fodder production technology.
·       Promoted Agroforestry and multipurpose fruit plants, hedgerows and windbreaks, farm boundary markers and awareness-raising on environmental conservation.
·       Arrange kitchen gardening competition on set criteria in 30 CBOs and children's club in project “promotion of sustainable Food and Nutrition Security (Pak-1087)”.
·       Facilitate farmers in preparation and plantation of seedling of winter season vegetables in nursery trays.
·       Facilitate sessions on fodder management on cluster level in Pak-1087.
·       In “Local Authorities and Civil Society Organizations in Development of Flood Affected Population in Muzaffargarh and Rajanpur Districts, Pakistan” (PAK-1069), deliver the session and prepare demo plots of kitchen gardening and also introduce the concept of diversified, nutrient-rich kitchen gardening.
