I worked as an Agriculture & Livelihood Expert in a UK-aid and Tear Fund funded project. My duties include:·
Implementing Program activities through coordination of team and line department 
Providing technical assistance to the field team through capacity-building sessions and training·
As an agriculture expert deliver training on climate-smart agriculture and conservation agriculture in the district of Dadu Sindh·
Design IEC material as a technical expert for delivering training in the field·
Update detailed Impementation plan and procurement plan according to the need of the project plan 
Design implementing modalities (selection criteria) for the field team to implement activities in the field.
Developed needs assessments reports of the operational areas for livelihood interventions
Design implementing modalities for livelihood and agriculture-related activities.· Ensure timely completion of activities as per donor and seasonal timeline·
Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports with Beneficiary tracking sheet, database and other evidence.

• Delivered Training on Agriculture adopting climate change to the flood affected Farmers
• Delivered training on Harvesting and post-harvesting of Wheat and Suitable Climate Resilient Practices for Kharif Seasons crops through the FFS approach.
• Established 184 vegetable gardens in flood-affected areas of the district Rajanpur • Planted 4000 plants on flood bands and near roads to control soil erosion and safeguard the environment.

Worked as a Livelihood officer in DFID Funded project my duties were:
Delivered session on Capacity building of farmers on Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) and Conservation Agriculture (CA) Based Technologies and Practices in district Muzaffargarh and established demo plots of Sorghum, Mung bean, cotton, and wheat in liaison with the Agriculture extension department.
Assisted Participatory CSA Resource person and shared information with the Project Coordinator in the day-to-day monitoring of CSA interventions.
Identification and Establishment of wheat seed production plot for the production of quality wheat seed for next year with approved agricultural practices in which biofortified zinc wheat varieties like Zincol-2016 & Akbar-2018 were given to farmers
Biofortified Zinc Wheat seed was segregated and stored in hermetic drums and bags to maintain and session.

·         Arrange kitchen gardening competition on set criteria in 30 CBOs and children club in project “promotion of sustainable Food and Nutrition Security (Pak-1087)”.
·         Facilitate farmers in preparation and plantation of seedling of winter season vegetables in nursery trays.
·         Facilitate sessions on fodder management on cluster level in Pak-1087.
·         In “Local Authorities and Civil Society Organizations in Development of Flood Affected Population in Muzaffargarh and Rajanpur Districts, Pakistan” (PAK-1069) deliver the session and prepare demo plots of kitchen gardening and also introduce the concept of diversified nutrient-rich kitchen gardening.
·          In pak-1069 replicate the solar dryer model and distribute to the community and also deliver a session on the solar dryer.
·         Facilitate farmers for designing low-cost tunnel in the community for winter season vegetables on a commercial level.
·         Arrange different Sessions with Line Department Like Agriculture extension, on farm water management and Livestock
·         Deliver session on social safety net Schemes on livestock and agriculture Schemes.
