Final year project Title : Infrastructure monitoring and evaluation system Infrastructure monitoring and evaluation system is software that focuses on automating the reporting process of construction sites in KPK and FATA. The system provides user to report issues of a construction site in a very rapid way and also to provide user to analyze the reports easily. it will ease the process of reporting for both users the Divisional Monitoring officers and for higher officials. The System consists of a web and an android application. The Divisional Monitoring officers by will be able to take the pictures of the current location of their visit for monitoring the progress of the project completion and find the issues of the site, write the issue description that that displays on the picture and send that details by using the android app . The system will facilities the DMO to create report of the project that he/she visits before online and send it to higher officials directly using web application. The Director M&E and other decision makers will be able to review the dashboard. This will help them to understand the progress of projects easily by analyzing the graphs. The Director M&E will be able to create DMOs account, assign projects to DMOs.
