To supervise, monitor and participate in OPV/ IPV Pre- Campaign, During Campaign & Post Campaign activities at tehsil level. To Supervise & Monitor all the RI Activities at Tehsil Level.To establish the community AFP system in his area of command. To undertake regular visits to the private health care sites to search for the AFP and other vaccine preventable diseases. These visits will cover the formal and informal HCPs in the private setup. Close Coordination with Tehsil Administration & Law enforces agencies.
Establishing liaison with District Health Authorities, local Offices and district management
Establish liaison with the district TB control program and other organizations working for TB control
Plan, organize and implement GF approved PPM activities in the districts in coordination and with the collaboration of district health authorities to create awareness in the community
With the support of district TB program and health authorities organize training / orientation session for the private health care providers
Organizes community gatherings for creating TB awareness and mobilizes the community to seek TB care from the private providers associated with PPM project
With the collaboration of the district TB program and enabled private providers organize chest camps in the nearby areas of the private providers for TB suspect identification, diagnosis and treatment.
Distribute TB education material among community, and maintain proper record
Participate in meetings, organized by others partners working for TB control in the districts and provide possible support for strengthening the system.
Facilitate Project Manager / Regional Coordinator and others officials during field M&E visit in the respective area.
Collect and compile data of the TB patients registered by the private providers and submits to ACD offices for further sharing with the district TB program.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports of the activities conducted in the district and timely submit to the regional coordinator in the main office.
Maintain record of the finance and expenses incurring in the field activities and timely submit to the office.
Fulfil others program related requirement needed.
Perform others duties assigned by the office from time to time.
I.Provide Associate In Community Development (AICD) beneficiaries with accurate and updated information on legal and administrative assistance available through the Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) program and other information as required.
II.Participate on regular overnight field visits to AICD beneficiaries throughout area of responsibility.
III.Register and process administrative requests submitted by AICD beneficiaries.
IV.Review and prepare administrative requests for referral to other organizations.
V.Enter registered administrative cases into the database.
VI.Monitor and report on the progress of administrative request referred to other organizations/IPs offices in the province.
VII.Maintain updated contact information on all community representatives of AICD beneficiaries throughout the area of responsibility.
VIII.Maintain a high level of personal competence on all relevant fields governing the ICLA mandate, and actively participate in internal information coordination meetings to enhance and facilitate the implementation of ICLA activities in Pakistan.
IX.Write regular activity reports in the designated areas of responsibility.
X.Any other tasks may be assigned to the incumbent when required by the line supervisor or the Project Coordinator.

Plan, organize, coordinate and manage food distribution activities with field staff.
Responsible for identification, verification, and registration of beneficiaries for food security and livelihoods.
Receive and channelize complaints.
Present and actively coordinate in distribution of inputs related to FFW interventions.
Present and actively involved in capacity building events designed for beneficiary.
To avoid conflicts and resolve issues among staff members.
To distribute the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Assign staff members according to the distribution process.
Keep close liaison with WFP personnel, other stakeholders, team members and Head Office for smooth implementation of food distribution activities.
Supervise distribution staff activities and distribution process.
Make sure that the scales and scooping tools are accurate in measuring/issuing food quantity.
Attend and participate in all meetings concerning food distribution at the field level.
Maintain and up-date record of assessments and food distribution with the help of relevant documents on daily basis and share it with head office.
Prepare and submit monthly activity report on food distribution to the PM.
Apprise PM and MD of all the concerned information relating to food distribution and target beneficiaries on regular basis.

Responsible for the implementation of project activities of all Components (Nutrition, Education, livelihood, Ware House Management &IDPs/Returnees) at their Concern agency.
Responsible of Office Management including HR, Finance, Code of conduct.
Provide technical support to the AM, AAMs, Admin Assistant & Female Master Trainers regarding Monitoring & Evaluation, research, Surveys, report writing, work plan preparation, Trainings & field operations.
Overall responsible for the Communication on spot, Critical, emergency issues to Regional Office Peshawar within set time frame.
Conduct base line surveys, impact assessment of WFP programs i.e. Food for Education, Nutrition, Livelihood.
Responsible for Trainings as a Master Trainer Of all Components (Nutrition, Education, livelihood, Ware House Management &IDPs/Returnees).
Conducting the Surveys on the Sale of WFP commodities in the open markets of FATA.
Responsible to organize and attend various stakeholder meetings as and when required.
Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of project staff and their activities. Also conduct joint Visits with AM, AAMs, Female Master Trainers to the Field that all Components Check lists are filled proper & take CP feedback about AM, AAMs & Female Master Trainers.
Validates/Cross checks and compiles agency data collected by AM, AAMs, Admin Assistant & Female Master Trainer.
Coordinate with line Departments, FDMA, WFP CPs, and Political Administration on Project planning, Progress and implementation.
Holds meetings with the concerned authorities for smooth implementation of the project.
Review of Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Survey/Impact assessments, trainings etc. reports and work plan based upon the target assigned by Regional Office.
Organize and supervise PAIMAN special events such as exhibitions, get together, seminars etc.
Take lead in ensuring that reports to Regional office are well developed and shared within agreed time f
Assessment of vulnerable families and their children.
Manage the facilitators and assist them with the children.
Ensuring equal participation of all children.
Mobilizing the community to effectively participate in the CFIS project.
Identify the children with disability and make sure that their benefit from CFIS.
Implement the referral mechanisms within the community.
Identifying and reporting cases of child abuse, violence, exploitation and neglect ion.
Informing the community leaders about child protection.
Organize the child protection committees.
