Coordinate with office of District Education Officers (M/F) for implementation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector Programme (KESP) technical assistance activities at district-level. Assisting KESP-TA delivery teams in district level activities and data collection/progress tracking for various interventions. Focal point person for coordination with District Education Officers for implementation of KESP technical assistance activities at district-level. Provide guidance in district-level planning and coordination. Responsible for close coordination with Deputy Commissioner regarding KESP interventions at district level including orientation/debriefing on District Education Plan (DEP) for every financial year, its preparation process, authentication of DEP, progress sharing and DEP performance evaluation on monthly, biannually and annually. Analyze IMU monthly reports and other related data on DEP indicators, prepare Intra District Performance Scorecard (IDPS). Coordinate with Deputy Commissioner for IDPS meeting schedule on every month. Supervise IDPS meetings on monthly basis under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner.
