As the Regional Supervisor for six operational districts under SRSO (Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, and Sanghar), I manage and oversee diverse developmental initiatives funded by multiple donors. These include the Government of Sindh's People’s Poverty Reduction Program (PPRP), flood emergency response activities, and various microfinance and livelihood projects supported by international organizations. I am responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of these programs to achieve sustainable community development goals.

-          Implementing the programs/projects implemented in the district
-          To form the business development groups for new business startup through community women.
-          Identify and appraise the enterprise development fund beneficiaries for starting the new businesses with new ideas and employment generations under Government of Sindh funded program.
-          Work closely with the communities in strengthening existing Community Organizations (Cos); Village Organizations VOs; and Local Support Organizations (LSOs) by remaining engaged with them; facilitating capacity building interventions and developing their linkages with other public and private sector organizations.
-          Maintain a close liaison with public/private sector institutions involved in public service delivery, development programs for the overall development and poverty reduction in the district by providing Micro Finance, Community Investment Fund, Income generating Grants and Interest free loan to SMSEs for new startups and additions to existing business with innovative ideas.
-          Supervise the implementation of Community Investment Fund / WDD/IFL (Interest-Free Loan) and Microfinance linked by the Community Organizations closely for ensuring a transparent and effective implementation for the overall empowerment of local communities.
-          Ensuring the transparent disbursement and 100% revolving and recovery of funds.
-          Maintain the funds of the community through bank accounts in different banks.
-          Provide technical assistance to communities in undertaking viable and sustainable income-generating enterprises through CIF/IFL.
-          Maintain the 99% recovery rate of CIF, IFL and SMSEs loan in district khairpur.
-          Maintain an efficient record of all transactions and comply with the financial, HR, Procurement and other rules and regulations of the organization.
-          Provide leadership to the district establishment in carrying forward the programs/ projects under implementation for the wellbeing of the local communities.
-          Recently, I worked in emergency situations in Sindh with the Sindh government and other international donors.
-          Assessing losses, providing relief, and now, in the recovery and rehabilitation phase,
-          Provide regular reports to the Head office on the ongoing programs/ projects and undertake trouble shooting for a smooth and professional management at district level.

 -Supervising the all branch departments, cash. Clearing, retailing and stock.
 -Being a local ensure the sustain business of the bank by taking the accounts from different customers.

 -To authorize/ Monitor the transactions as per limit.

 -Operate the branch according the prudential rules and regulations of the State bank.
 -Conduct the meetings with VOs/WOs for impact assessment.
 -Verify the clients as disbursed by team and ensure the right utilization.
 -Prepare the operation budget on yearly basis.
 -Mobilize the deposit and maintained with low COF.
 -Ensuring the compliance on prudential rule of SBP in all activities of bank.
 -Checking of security stock and get maintained the record.
 -Maintain the branch with sustainable profit.
 -Manage the advance and liability of the branch.
 -Lead the team of branch with success of desirable targets

 -Lead the branch with controlled expenses and cost.
