Support in planning, implementation, and monitoring of immunization activities to increase coverage.
Provide technical support in the identification of barriers to immunization through regular in-depth analysis of reasons for non-compliance and identify enablers to improve uptake of immunization services.
Support efforts to strengthen partnership and advocacy as well as mobilize resources aimed at improving the performance of immunization activities.Provide technical support in planning and developing information and communications products related to immunization activities Manage the ongoing review of materials and communication tools. Responsibilities leading five projects in Region Mirpurkhas. Managing BISP survey and providing financial assistance to the entire survey team in division Mirpurkhas along with the partner NGO Aurat foundation. Providing financial management to Area Coordinators of 19 Tehsils of districts Mirpurkhas, umerkot & Tharparkar, conducting monitoring & evaluation of data collection process and assessing data quality with dashboard of BISP. Managing more than 750 human resource involved in division Mirpurkhas. Sindh People Health Program is a universal health care program which is implementing in the entire Sindh in order to achieve sustainable development goals of health sector. There are four components of this program 1. Hospital Strengthening System, 2. Maternal Neonatal and Child health (CMWs), 3. Child Health Initiative, 4. Community Health LHWs Component. In hospital strengthening system management a counter of single use surgical and emergency supplies have been established in each Tertiary and medical teaching hospitals in province of Sindh in order to reduce the infection rate in operation theatres and in patients wards, this practice would increase the efficiency of doctors and also quick recovery of operated patient which also reduced surgical cost of poor people. The also providing advance training to the surgeons, Physicians, Staff Nurses and Paramedics from Agha khan University Hospital Karachi for each participating hospital in the province of Sindh for their capacity building. Maternal neonatal and child health program (MNCH) initiated to establish three hundred fifty Safe Birthing Stations in province of Sindh by adopting new electronic approach by providing mobile application to community midwives at Union Council level and linking them with Lady health workers of their union council area also training LHW for Mobile Application for data collection of communicable & non communicable diseases, pregnant women motivation for Antenatal.

Ensure monitoring, analysis and reporting of the conditions facing internally displaced people and vulnerable IDPs in the designated area of responsibility by the IRC.
Ensure presence in or near displaced communities through regular visits to camps, temporary and spontaneous settlements, host families and return and resettlement areas to collect information on the conditions facing internally displaced people including the availability of basic humanitarian assistance (shelter, food, water/sanitation, health and education) and access to services by differentiated segments of the population.
Advocating for humanitarian access to all internally displaced persons.
Assess protection needs and identify problems/gaps and propose/priorities timely practical actions to respond to particular protection problems.
Work closely with local authorities and/or national government, the country team, international organizations, and NGOs to advocate for remedies and solutions to protection problems facing internally displaced people, vulnerable civilians, and other affected populations.
Assess, design and implementation of program activities like Legal guidance and Advocacy, Training focus group discussions and awareness raising sessions among the IDPs /villagers to built up their capacity.
