Ensure continuous operation meeting with transporters/sub-contractors and scheduling team to discuss routine operations issues and solutions.

Inventory Management
To get the daily inventory reports from warehouses amp advise warehouse supervisors for weekly amp sudden stock taking for better inventory control.
Manage sudden stock count at warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy.
Working with inventory management team to solve inventory related issues.
Costing,Billing amp RFQ. Management
Analyze the possible cost reduction measures in warehousing amp transport operations amp inform concern operation supervisors for implementation.
Prepare the cost benefits analysis reports of projects/warehouses operations
Prepare the Bids/RFQ related documents for potential customers.
Prepare feasibility reports for new projects
To get daily activity reports of warehouse amp transport activities amp submit to billing department for invoicing to customers.
• Leading a mega project in Wholesale Division to remodel & re-establish warehouse & distribution operations across 13 major cities of Pakistan.
• Responsible to run independent warehouse operations in wholesale division with 99.9% inventory accuracy & 100% order fulfillment rate for wholesale dealers/retailers.
• Achieved 100% controlled wholesale distribution operations by eliminating bad sales practices enabling SSC to authenticate receivables & inventory visibility.
• By remodeling supply chain network for wholesale operations, able to reduce excessive stock levels in filed enabled SSC to release working capital from stuck inventories & invest in expansion projects.
• By separation of warehouse operations from sales domain, able to liquidate ageing inventory which was stuck in system due to lack of tracking & inventory accuracy.
• From zero existence of wholesale warehouse domain, able to be developed a sound & standardized warehouse operation module & dedicated warehouses teams in all regions which enabled to convert a conservative Godown management approach to a modern & efficient warehouse management system.
• Developed a comprehensive SOP module, standard set of controlled documents, helped to minimize unnecessary stock returns in claims, defective & exchange/replace umbrella. All these elements were being misused by field teams & customers resulting recurring losses to SSC.
• Leading a newly developed AX-Dynamics portal Roll Out by replacing a traditional POS portal which is helping in controlling sales & warehouse operations & ultimately resulting efficient & controlled sales operations
• In parallel to separation & restructuring of wholesale warehousing, working to consolidate warehouse operations to feed multiple wholesale centers from Regional Warehouses which will save Millions Rs. saving per month by reducing rentals, human capital of multiple warehouse sites.
Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials

• Managing Garments accessories warehouses having inventory of 15 million accessories items.

• Developed Bin card system in warehouse which enabled us to bring inventory accuracy from avg. 53% to 94% in three months period.
• Managing team of above 60 persons ranging from Assistant managers. Supervisor, officers & loaders.
• Developed SOPS, JDs of al team members & changed culture from conservative store keeping environment to modern warehouse management techniques.
• Part of Re-engineering team responsible for restructuring/revamping of Supply chain management department. Being part of this team, successfully implemented reorganization of workers transport fleet which resulting approximate Rs. 1.5 million saving per month.
• Managing warehouse by ensuring QHSE compliance & successfully passed compliance audit by customer’s nominated Quality auditors from India, Sri Lanka & Hong Kong offices.
