 Ensure that all companies and branches are connected together under the SOAS group.
 Install & Monitor network security firewalls Juniper Net screen 208,
 Install Cisco routers 2800 series & switches to connect with DFM, ADSM and Data center.
 Remotely control the branch offices and Data center servers.
 To troubleshoot the problem & answering technical queries.
 Web server and database servers, solve IT issues.
 To manage Telecommunication system Nortel Network (IP Phones)
 To check & maintain Voice Recording System (Mercom Audio log)
 Ensure the proper installation and maintenance of computers, scanners, printers, operating systems, Microsoft office, MS Project, E-mail, antivirus, Peach-tree and other supported application software on end user computers according to organization policy.
 Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
 Coordinate frequently with IT team on all IT related issues.
 Maintain and update technical skills according to new technology and trends to ensure proper maintenance of user system.
 Ensure that IT staff is able to handle the technical issues.

 To collect user requirement, analyze using Erwin ERD software & create prototype screen.
 Create programs, triggers, and stored procedures using PL/SQL.
 To create Database and application Design.
 Develop front end using Oracle Forms & create simple or complex reports using Oracle Reports tool.
 Create, Modify or Drop database structure like table, views, sequences, and synonym.
 After development & testing, implement at end user and give user training & troubleshoot errors.
 Tune all Oracle instance components including SQL and PL/SQL.
 Design and implement a backup & recovery system.
 Create & manage Oracle Database, performance and tune DB, take Backup timely and manage recovery plan.
 Integrate customizations with Oracle Apps (E-Business Suite, HRMS/Payroll, and Financial).

 Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing, education and production usage.
 Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.
 Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.
 Install new versions and other tools that access the Oracle database.
 Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.
 Controls migrations of programs, database changes, reference data changes and menu changes through the development life cycle.
 Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases.
 Enforces and maintains database constraints to ensure integrity of the database.
 Administers all database objects, tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures.
 Troubleshoots with problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools.
 Create new database users as required.
