During construction phase, I lead owner’s team of engineers and supervisors assigned on construction of Oil Storage terminals. The project was successfully commissioned in December 2018. Major responsibilities included:
• Coordination with engineering and construction contractors to ensure that job was being executed as per designer’s specifications
• Participate in development, review and monitoring of construction plans. In case of slippage, work out recovery plans and manage their implementation
• Risk analysis at various stages of construction and development of management plans
• Review and implementation of documents generated by construction contractor which include Job Safety Plans, Rigging Studies, Quality Control Plans and other method statements for various activities
• Verification of contractor invoices and management of claims
• Functional development and handling of administrative matters related to team members
• Played a key role as a project lead and install Smart Grid Meter as well as supervise multiple technical loss reduction projects to improve system performance and reduce high tension feeder and technical loss.

• Generated faults report, monitored all parameters on PLC monitoring system, and restored 132KV transmission line circuit in case of back feed from KESC.
• Actively liaised with Lakra, LDC, KESC, Orient Energy System Management, and Karkey Staff to generate and distribute issues and retain reports for UP and down generation of plant.
