Sending the resolution emails to the customers and resolving there issue regarding there orders, providing them with vouchers and giving them a call when needed.
Solving the queries of customers, guiding them about transactions they made and marking complaints of customers about the issues they are facing.
Taking all the information from customers for placing orders, answering queries of customers and convincing them to buy the product.
