Conduction of policies and procedures
● Attend and actively participating food and beverage meeting the confidentiality of issues that may be discussed formally or informally.
● Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, mini bar where required, conferencing and outside catering.
● Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant.
● Co-ordinate between restaurant and other relevant departments to ensure the preparations for conferences involving restaurant.
● Assist in the preparation of month restaurant reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
● Management and guidance of staff under your control.
● Prepare Weekly Forecasts for restaurant, mini bar.
● Any other duties assigned by your manager.
