• Providing effective administration and management to oversee two projects VTO (Vocational Training Organization) & ETO (Entrepreneurship Training Organization) at district level.
• Enhance the capacity building of staff for the finalization and establishment of field vocational centers on high quality standards in accordance with Training need assessment (TNA) screening and pre training arrangements.
• Proactively build effective working relationships with all primary & secondary stakeholders including funding partner, donor, partner organizations, CBOs, NGOs and particularly Government officials i.e. DCO, EDO, ADCD, AD, etc.
• Responsible to oversee project budget management, human resource management, quality management, risk management, procurement management and communication management at District level.
• Monitoring and ensuring the project reporting mechanism (WPR, MPR, QPR and APR).
• Ensure transparent record keeping in qualitative and quantitative form at District level and provide all necessary information when required.
• Supervised Market research, business plan, Identification of potential entrepreneurs, developing linkages of the BDGs with the micro finance institutions (MFIs) in the locality. Placement of trained participants in their acquired vocation.
• Responsible to manage project interventions in the target area of district Multan, Vehari, Muzaffargarh and Rajan Pur.
• Support the capacity building of staff to ensure that all training activities are align with the objective.
• Responsible to monitor and ensure the quality of community infrastructure along with field engineer.
• Ensure to remains intact with district advisory committee (DAC) and provisional advisory committee (PAC) for project advocacy forms.
• Monitoring and assistance of Self Help groups in the field.
• Build strong liaison and networking with all potential public and private sector partners Govt. line department, SHELL, TELENOR, SMEDA, MFIs etc.
• Responsible to manage the budget in a cost efficient manner to ensure the quality.
• Manage all functions of enterprise development, markets identification, developing linkages with end markets, support markets and enabling environment actors.
• Responsible to write monthly progress report (MPR) quarterly progress report (QPR) and annual progress report (APR).
• Formation and activation of Community Organization CO, Village Organization VO, and Local Support Organization LSO.
• Enhance the capacity building of CO, VO and LSO to manage their setup at gross route level in form of CMST community management skills training, record keeping training etc.
• Build the strong liaison and linkages of CBOs community based organizations with government line agencies.

• Responsible to ensure the timely completion of community physical infrastructure (CPIs).
• Community Awareness Sessions on Life skills, Health & Hygiene, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Enterprise Development.
• Identification of active persons for the formation of disaster management committees (DMC) and emergency response teams (ERT).
• Capacity building of DMC, Govt. Officials and Teachers concerning the disaster risk reduction (DRR).
• Capacity building of ERT concerning Search & Rescue and First Aid.
• Responsible to make participatory Disaster Management Action Plan.
• Plan and execute the interventions in a given timeline as agreed with donor.
• Assessment and Provision of Food Items (FIs), Non Food Items (NFIs), Agriculture Inputs during the Flood Emergency Response.
• Manage and allocations of duties among team members.
• Report Writing (Activity Report, Beneficiaries Sheet, Master Been Sheet, CDA, DMR, FMR, DCVR, DDR, PRF, GRN, TIR, Tally Sheet, Way Bills, Labor Attendance Sheet, Labor Payment Sheet, etc.).
