Need assessment, identification/evaluations of deserving groups/communities for provision of welfare and social protection support in areas of health, shelter, education & food and livelihood. ▪ Interview/evaluation of beneficiaries/communities, collect data, data management and documentation in MIS after age, gender and diversity analysis. ▪ Review proposal and request of grant from community organizations and make ensure implementation of the projects. ▪ Conduct monitoring, field visits and conduct impact assessment studies of the program. ▪ Conduct health and Nutrition awareness sessions for school/college students and community members. ▪ Prepare periodic progress report, prepare annual/biannual/quarterly/monthly program progress report, ▪ Document success stories/case studies of beneficiaries for web/social media coverage. ▪ Prepare donor reports and presentation for management. ▪ Coordinate with field team for data collection and extend technical support. ▪ Preparing presentations and brief reports of the program using info graphics for management and general publics. ▪ Review and develop data collection manuals/reports formats and other templates as needed. ▪ Review programme budget and trace the financial status of the programme against KPIs. ▪ Coordination with stakeholders and donors in areas of Social Protection for joint ventures and similar interventions. ▪ Conduct secondary research and produce knowledge and information on relevant causes for awareness raising, knowledge sharing and advocacy. ▪ Represent organization at different policy forums/workshops and events/seminars for networking and engagement. ▪ Keep record of beneficiaries’ information and documentations/MoUs with partners. ▪ Program management, Program planning & budgeting yearly/quarterly/monthly ▪ Supervise volunteers and interns and assign day to day administrative matters. ▪ Policy drafting and review on social protection & livelihood, Nutrition and program administrativ
